What: As we celebrate the Fall Equinox, join us for a rejuvenating online Breathwork session designed to help you embrace the transition into autumn. This virtual class is an opportunity to release stagnant energy, find inner balance, and welcome the new season with clarity and vitality.
The Fall Equinox is a time of equilibrium, where day and night are perfectly balanced. Similarly, our Breathwork practice will focus on creating harmony within ourselves, letting go of what no longer serves us, and making space for fresh energy and intention.
Breathwork: Releasing and Renewing for the Season Ahead
This session will guide you through a Breathwork Healing Session aimed at clearing emotional and energetic blockages. As you participate, you’ll experience a deep sense of release and renewal, helping you align with the seasonal shift and move forward with a refreshed perspective.
We’ll conclude the class with a virtual circle for reflection and connection, where you can share your insights and experiences with others.
